It was like a rock that hit my head but made me realized that I need to act now before I reached the stage of obesity.
After attending the Living in Full Color event by Amway Philippines and Nutrilite, I was inspired more to watch my health now.
Participants had a chance to learned their body mass indexes (BMIs), blood pressure, cholesterol and sugar levels by undergoing free tests and honest consultations with their nutrition and health experts available on site.
And I did not miss this great opportunity although I have a little apprehension on what would be the result and advice for me.
And I got this unpleasant result… From my normal and maintained 40 kilos before I gave birth, now its 70.2 kilos? In the analysis of BMI, I was told that I have too much stomach fats!
I was informed that I was chosen as one of the top 10 bloggers to undergo Nutrilite Trim Down Showdown! Weight Loss Challenge which is a 3-month program, but was forfeited after leaving the event before it was concluded.
Without the program, I plan to do the following:
1. Find time to regularly run, at least 30 minutes a day.
2. Explore Hula Hoop exercise to get rid of stomach fats. I bought several exercise gadgets before and it’s about time to use them.
3. Eat only fish, veggies, fruits and drink lots of water. Bye bye fatty, sweets, and salty foods!
